How We Started

We started as a small team of independent contractors, driven by a shared passion for supporting businesses behind the scenes.

Client Overview

A mid-sized B2B SaaS company wanted to expand its reach into Southeast Asia but lacked the internal resources to research and identify high-potential leads in the region. They needed a curated, accurate, and actionable company list to fuel their sales and marketing campaigns. 

The Challenge

The client’s internal team had limited knowledge of Southeast Asian markets, and their manual research used poor keywords and was often inconsistent, resulting in duplicate or low-quality leads. They needed to target companies based on specific criteria such as industry relevance, company size and employee count, revenue range, and online presence. 

Our Approach

We executed a structured, step-by-step process by defining the ideal customer profile (ICP) with the client, researching and verifying companies using LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and public sources, ensuring accurate contacts with deduplication and segmentation, and delivering the list in a ready-to-use format for outreach. 

Results

Generated a high-quality, targeted list of 500+ Southeast Asian companies ready for outreach, which improved the client’s lead engagement by 40% in their first campaign, reduced research time by 80%, and enabled their team to focus on sales strategy and data-driven regional expansion efforts.

We accept payment via bank transfer, Wise, or PayPal. All transactions are invoiced exclusively in USD (US dollars). 


Our invoicing procedure depends on the agreement.
